A sunny schoolteacher and grumpy single-dad farmer find love and second chances in Bluegrass Romeo, a spicy yet sweet small-town romance that goes down like a shot of Kentucky bourbon.

Adalynn Justice had her life all planned out. But when she loses her dream job and the big city life she’s always aspired to, she finds herself back in Prospect, Kentucky—the small town where she spent her childhood summers. Armed with relentless optimism, a new teaching job, and blue bedazzled cowboy boots, she’s determined to make the most of the situation. That optimism is immediately put to the test when her new landlord turns out to be her childhood crush, Myles Godby, now a whole lot grumpier—but also a whole lot more attractive.

Reeling from a traumatic divorce, Myles’s only priorities are taking care of his two young kids and keeping his family farm running. If that makes people call him grumpy, well, he’s just fine with that. When peppy Adalynn shows up as his new tenant, his annoyance at her presence in his life is almost as strong as his physical attraction to her.

It doesn’t take long before Adalynn and Myles can no longer ignore the steamy chemistry between them. As sunny Adalynn starts to chip away at jaded Myles’s walls, she realizes that her budding relationship with the single dad next door might be just what she needs to start over. Over the course of one long, hot, Kentucky summer, will these two opposites be able to work through their differences and find the second chance they’ve both been looking for?
