Unabridged Audiobook
it's probably a great read, but the narrators driving me nuts and I barely made it through the first chapter must remember to sample narrators before selection
Feelgood: 10 points. Credibility /suspense: Nill. Narration: Somewhere between enervating and dozing.
I liked this book, but the narrator voice for the main character kept changing so it made it confusing to listen to.
I enjoyed the book but the narration was definitely not my favorite. Who actually thinks and talks in different accents? It made it really hard to follow till you figure out that that is what is happening. It’s as if it was two separate ppl.
This book was disappointing. I thought the protagonist was a simmering, naive idiot If I find a character as dislikable in the beginning, often the character morphs into something I can like. I kept waiting, but it never did. I wouldn't have finished, except the mystery kept my interest. That, too, was a disappointment. It wouldn't even have met hallmark movie standards, which I think the author was going for. Worst narration too Judes voice changed many times. I often resent the he said she said in audiobooks, but they were necessary here.
Book was just bad, plot was just super disappointing. You get used to the narrator after awhile she’s fine kind of enjoyed the accent after awhile.
