Unabridged Audiobook
Great series
Loved this series. Has plenty of spice. and the narrators were great brought the book to life
Really good story. The narrators are great.
Disappointed, dialogue is too full of unnecessary vulgarity. I’m not a prude, but hey liberal use of the word f-word in normal conversation just dilutes intent.
Excellent story and narration. Really felt the family ties and tribulations.
I thought I was ready for this final audiobook in Sadie Kincaid’s Broken Bloodlines series. I was not. It’s impossible to be ready for all of the action, greed, betrayal, romance, heartbreak, family, redemption, snarky dragons, and overall smutty deliciousness that is Bound in Blood. So much happens in this final audiobook, it’s hard to even capture it all in one review. The story builds effortlessly onto the previous books and gives us ALL the answers we’ve been craving. Some I expected, and others I was completely blindsided by, but all helped to bring us to the overwhelmingly satisfying happy ending that Sadie has been promising us. She came through for her readers in a big way with this one! This series is absolutely one of my very favorite vampire romances ever! I seriously adored every single character—even some I probably shouldn’t have—and all of their individual character and story arcs were perfect, in my opinion. Xavier, especially, has quite the journey in this particular story. I was hooked from the first words in the first audiobook of this series, and I stayed hooked all the way through the last words of this one. The full cast duet-style narration is performed by an absolute powerhouse cast of voice actors! June DeBorahae as Ophelia, Joe Arden as Alexandros, Sean Masters as Axl, JF Harding as Malachi, Oscar Reyes as Xavier, and Maxine Mitchell as Nazeel make up the main characters of this story. They all voice these characters, along with the various supporting characters, in an absolutely outstanding fashion. They brought these characters and this story to life in such a way as to make this series one I never wanted to end. If you’re a fan of paranormal romance audio, I highly recommend this audiobook and the entire Broken Bloodlines series.
Outstanding Story & Narration! Gripping & Intense! ~ Wow, what an exciting ending to Sadie Kincaid’s amazing “Broken Bloodlines” series, a gripping paranormal romantasy like no other, one you can not put down because you need to know what happens next. The first two books of the series are not to be missed, not only are they just as amazing as this book, but the series needs to be enjoyed in order written because of the ongoing storylines. This book picks up after “Promised in Blood’s” mind blowing ending and Ophelia, and Axl, Malachi and Xavier are coming to grips with what happened with Alexandros. Keeping Ophelia safe is a priority and they need to put trust in Alexandros’ brother, who promises them safety. With their sire gone, the future is grim for Ophelia’s men, her vampires, but they are trying to a something that will help. But they soon learn not is all as it seems and are in grave danger, so Ophelia calls for help from an unlikely source, Alexandros’ old friend who is a dragon. Being vague to keep it spoiler free, but what a wild ride, from the betrayals to paranormal beings summoned into the fight, a battle of power and a battle of good vs. evil. The writing, clever plotting and world building are incredible, as are the character growth and development. I loved all the layers of this story and how it all plays out, with the perfect balance of drama, angst, action, twists and turns, thrilling suspense, heartfelt emotions and steamy romance. Sadie Kincaid, thank you for the Incredible story and wild ride. ~ How to make an incredible story even more incredible, cast these versatile and mega talented voice artists to bring your characters to life. June DeBorahae, Joe Arden, Maxine Mitchell, J.F. Harding, Oscar Reyes & Sean Masters’ exceptional performance continues, which has been consistent throughout the series. I loved how they owned their roles, sounding believable and just as I imagined the characters would sound. You could hear how much heart they put into their performance as they embodied their characters, bringing out all of their emotions and having you feel them all. This is an exceptional multi-cast production, an amazing cast and their captivating performance is not only entertaining, but it keeps you riveted to the story.
I listened to the audiobook version of this story and it was honestly the perfect ending for a truly amazing story. The story takes off where the last installment left off and it took me on a ride which I did not want to see end. The amount of action, twists and turns, and love in this book was phenomenal. It has the perfect balance of plot and spice to keep you turning page after page (or listening minute after minute in my case). The relationship development throughout the entire series is masterful and I could not get enough of these vampires. The battle scene was suspenseful and had me at the edge of my seat, and the spicy scenes were so delicious I couldn't get enough. The narration by Maxine Mitchell, June Deborahae, Sean Masters, JF Harding, Joe Arden and Oscar Reyes was mind blowing. They are so masterful in bringing these characters to life and portrayed every emotion with such conviction I could feel it with them as the story unfolded. Honestly, one of my favorite paranormal series.
