'Rockin' Rick Bell was born to an unwed mother and placed in a chaotic, alcoholic home by the Catholic Church. By the time he was old enough to serve as an altar boy, Rick had become an atheist, believing God was no different than Santa Claus or the Tooth Fairy.


By age 21, Rick taught karate and played guitar in popular area bands. His friends were prostitutes, drug dealers, and Mafia associates. His roommate was a Jewel Thief and part-time Hitman for the Mob.
