Unabridged Audiobook
This book is undeniably terrific. The level of detail is amazing, almost to the point of being distracting. When you read Paul Revere's spurs clinked together when he dismounted his horse, it makes you wonder how the author knew that. Looking forward to the next two parts. The only down side was the narration. George Newbern seems to be a talented narrator, but his style was not right for this book. There is a lot of grim and awful stuff in this book. Newbern's light, upbeat tone wasn't a good match for the content.
One complaint: where is the next volume !!! Loved it !
I enjoyed the detail of the battle plus the tour of the battle ground
Book was great. The narrating, however, was poor. Spoke way too fast making it hard to understand at times.
