I really appreciate Diane Keaton’s sharing her life experience in this book. My brother was likewise a very difficult delivery for my Mom. They are both gone now, but this book explains very well the questions that arise over a lifetime of wondering how my brother could have been so different from my sister and I having been raised all together and sharing the same DNA. Thank you Diane. Your thoughts were well explained and sadly well understood.
Adore this book. It’s rawness and honesty is staggering. The complex nature of mental health issues and family relations is woven so well. Listening to Diane tell the story is beautiful, despairing and compelling. Bravo to Ms Keaton for having the talent and courage to write about her brother so others may find comfort and or understanding about those who struggle.
It was interesting, expected more.
So incredibly good !!! I admire Diane so much for sharing her families painful story !!! Loved this
