A big fan of MacDonald so it was really interesting to hear this early story of his. To see the roots of his big colorful hero Travis McGee.

I really enjoyed this book, a bit predictable, but still a great listen

This story was easy to get into from the start and I wanted to keep listening as the narrator was very expressive and kept me interested from the the very beginning to the end
