Summary:

Synopsis: Honoré Lechasseur, a "fixer" with time-sensitive abilities, is hired by Emily Blandish to find someone known only as Doctor Smith. He soon discovers that Doctor Smith is a legendary figure that has drifted in and out of Earth's history.
