Unabridged Audiobook
The story was a bit predictable and the narrator wasn’t great.
The computer generated voice was so monotone was off putting. Several times mispronouncing commonly used words. The writer used too many descriptive words. Often over and over again such as “palpable “. Would not recommend
I enjoyed the story. I like plots in sweet shops, bakeries or knitting nooks. The synthesized reading does not bother me. The reading went fairly well and anything mispronounced I found amusing.
It was okay.
I really enjoyed this book. A great listen once you get past the AI style voice. I would listen to it again. I enjoyed the characters and the details made it come to life.
