Cardio Yoga Vol 2 is a 70 minute yoga class suitable for those with some previous yoga experience. The class will provide a cardio workout and all of the benefits of a yoga practice. Cardio Yoga Vol.2 begins with a warm up vinyasa to gently prepare body and mind. The class then continues with 3 further vinyasas that build in pace and intensity. The vinyasas contain postures such as Plank with new variations, Triangle, Revolving Triangle, Equestrian Pose and Supported Pigeon. After the final vinyasa the class features a number of strong held postures and a series of deep stretch postures before it ends with a guided relaxation.
The class is devised and instructed by Sue Fuller, and was recorded in a professional sound studio. Sue is the resident yoga expert for Natural Health Magazine and is a leading yoga teacher, writer and training course author who has studied and taught yoga around the world for almost 20 years.
