This was a great book. I can't wait for The Carter 8, so I can see what happens with CJ, Mo, and MiaMor

I think this book is fukin great an it shows a deeper meaning that you won't understand unless u got melanin . it ain't always about the sex drugs and action . take a min an realize what's going on in this book it's so enlighten for me personally as someone who once lived a life of sex drugs and guns.

Love it great book

The narrator ruined the story by reading too fast and dropping the volume at the ends of sentences. Brie’s “voice” was unintelligible much of the time. I increased the volume as high as it would go. Most of the phrasing was the same, so it got boring due to the lack of variety. This is the first audible book that I am taking not of the narrator just so I can avoid future disappointment and waste of money.

This book fell way short of the other series! The reader was awful! Why have someone with a slight speech impediment read!? All the voice sounded do similar. Please bring the other guy back!

I was disappointed in the outcome and I didn't connect as well as I did with the other books in the series. I felt it lack the details that I had grown use to fit this writer. My anticipation was met with a rush job. however tied up all the loose ends. It was just ok. I look forward to the next series.

I was so disappointed in this book! All the others in this series was so good! This book could have been squeezed into another book!
