Unabridged Audiobook
I enjoyed the story so far and am looking forward to the next one.
Took a little bit to get into but I enjoyed this book
good, though didn't hold my attention as well as most of Ring's other works.narration was great, though the crow voice, while perhaps somewhat accurate and impressive, was nonetheless annoying at times with the cracking
Another win by Seth Ring. Sometimes I would forget how young Matteo, Rose, and Eric were because the writing and narration are so good!
I found the characters funny and real a time, they going through the hardest training possible by force and still mange to smile. I also found the magic system easy to follow and very intrusting.
This book started off very slow. So slow in fact, that i thoight Seth Ring had finally got me. As I am deeply immersed in the Tower Series with Thorn and the Exlian Syndrome series with Mark Fields, I wanted to roll the dice on a third book series (Something I have only really done with George R. R. Martin, Stephen King or Jesper Ersgard and enjoyed). As the 5 Stars denotes, I am not disappointed. This book quickly picked up and I am halfway through the second book. For those who have not read any Seth Ring series or began any you are clearly missing out. His character plots and storylines are comparable to a film, tv series, or immersed video game. If you are reading this it is well worth the read, this series or any other series.
