Unabridged Audiobook
I feel as if I'm crazy after reading all the glowing reviews. I found this book to be absolutely awful. All it was was a long winded history of how wonderful all these therapies are. I kept skipping ahead thinking it would get more interesting but no, more droning on about how Reiki can heal everything, how long it's been used, etc. The chakra chapter did speak a bit about the chakras themselves but not in any great depth. And altho' the narrators are certainly native English speakers the translations (I assume it was translated) were very poor. That would not have been a problem if the material had been engaging. If you want a long history of these subjects this is the book for you.
