A Change of Pace: A Reimagined Regency Romance

A trailblazing historical romance that brings pride (without prejudice) to a reimagined, more inclusive Regency London.
When Miss Pace, a womaniser who never wanted love, discovers that a vulnerable acquaintance of hers, Mr Coombes, is being targeted by villains from a gaming house, she stops at nothing to protect him and restore justice.
She is assisted by the mysterious Lady Mortimer, who has more connections to the villain than meets the eye.
Miss Pace soon realises that in saving Mr Coombes, she has risked her own heart. Now she must protect herself, despite her growing attraction to the enigmatic and dangerous Lady Mortimer. Will she keep herself safe or surrender to her feelings?
