This was my first Drew Taylor book and after listening to it, I can't wait to get to the other ones of hers that I own. Chasing Kensie was so sweet and kept me smiling as I followed along with the narration. There were some more serious moments too, but also love, forgiveness, and so many beautiful faith elements. The characters were well written, complex, and really relatable. And we were blessed with an amazing amount of character growth all around, which I always love to see. This was an ALC Audiobook listen for me and was narrated by Charity Henico. I thought she did a really wonderful job with this story, the characters, and conveying the emotion of it all. I enjoyed her performance immensely. If you enjoy contemporary Christian fiction then I definitely recommend giving this one a read and/or listen. This was a great book! it had duel POV, however only had a female narrator. There was a good flow to the story line! It was a clean story, with faith themes throughout. There wasn't any swearing, but did have parts where it insinuated swearing, or someone started off saying a curse, and stopped themselves. I'm sure the author did this purposely, but I tend to see it as unnecessary. Overall, I would recommend this book, as it does show the main characters growing in their faith, and growing in general!

Loved this book and the audio was amazing!! It was a great listening experience. The narrator definitely enhanced the overall story.
