Unabridged Audiobook
Wonderful, engaging, affecting, grey and melancholic. This book left the same feelings as after "A Little life" by Hanya Yanagihara. Most impressions on the writer's experiences were collected by her own at the end of her life. Narrator worth additional praise - melancholic voice, rhythm reinforces author's words and atmosphere, also these Danish pronunciations - brings nearer and gives depths of Copenhagen and danish life. A pleasure to listen both: author's words in narrator's voice. Thank you!
How dreary, it seems unbelievable that someone with so little to say has created a 3 part drama recording the dull events of her life. The lack of compassion or commitment in relationships is echoed by the narrator’s dispassionate voice.
