Unabridged Audiobook
I enjoyed the book, however, the narrators random emphasis in sentences and constant mispronunciations, especially Tecum-see was too much to bear.
Excellent, and enthralling, read about a legendary icon of North American (Canadian specifically) history, and the very tumultuous time in said history in which he dwelled. A time directly related to, and encompassing, the American Revolution. An event in time which the actual facts surrounding it's epoc are unknown to most Americans, sadly, despite the phrase, "American Revolution", being thrown about, politically, by one side, overwhelmingly, as their "battle cry" to give their inability to govern, and lack of moral compass, cover to an audience not interested in knowing the absolutely fascinating historical facts, and inspiring people, like Tecumseh, who were active historical participants. People who can be called genuine "patriots" to their cause and the people they strove to unite, no matter your personal perspective, or lineage. The narration was done by volunteers who were EXCELLENT. Especially the one who narrated all but a couple chapters. I wish all volunteer narrators showed half the level of regard for the reader(listener) as is shown here. I look forward to re-reading this particular book; For its subject matter, which one can completely focus on, thanks to it's professional narrators.
A real fighting man story. Gotta respect this guy's spirit. Interesting and detailed with good narration.
