Stories change because the world changes around them.

When I first wrote The Carina Reality, its central ideas felt speculative: pandemics, institutional distrust, engineered catastrophe, hidden power, alien contact, ancient mysteries, and the possibility that humanity might not be the final version of itself.

Time made those ideas feel less distant.

This revised edition keeps the heart intact: Nathan’s journey, the conspiracy, the awakening, the alien presence, and the collision between survival and evolution.

It does not replace the story I first imagined. It sharpens it until the danger, scale, and consequence finally match the idea.
