Loved the story, but the narration sends this over the edge!! Loved Connor, and Sean Masters gives him such a personality, especially the little slip up chuckle in the beginning! I was howling!!!!

THIS BOOK. THIS MAN!!!! Phew. The steam, banter, and spice. The whisky tasting scene will live rent free in my head. MMC Connor is a billionaire whisky distiller whose best friend is the President of the United States. FMC Daisy is the daughter of a hippie who owns a natural spa and treatment center (yoga, crystals, herbs, sound baths, teas, etc.). She is young and fun! Connor’s coworkers set him up for a spa treatment in NYC because the distillery is opening a spa and mistakes and confusion ensues. But Connor sees through Daisy’s snarky hippyness and into her business minded brain. He wants her to consult with the distillery and set up his spa and to get into his bed (and desk, couch, and other places). Their relationship has a slow burn and great banter, tension, and buildup. And the payoff is first class. Did I mention the whisky tasting scene? There is intrigue, suspense, and drama. Samantha Skye has done an amazing job of world building the town of Whispers. I could almost smell clean air, flowers, and fresh cut grass, and feel warm sun on my skin. I want to go there!! The duet narration by Sean Masters and Willa James was great! I cannot recommend this book enough and I wish I could give it more than 5 stars!

I listened to the audiobook version of this story and it was honestly amazing. I loved Connor and Daisy's story. Everything from the way they met to how they came together, their relationship development, the suspenseful plot, the steamy scenes, it was all so enjoyable I had a hard time putting it down. I loved the banter between the main characters, it showed the perfect chemistry. The narration by Sean Masters and Willa Jaymes was so delicious. Every time he called her baby girl I melted into a puddle. Definitely another great story by Samantha Skye.
