Creating the Monster Within: From Head to Heart: The Science of Emotions

When we get angry, upset, depressed, lonely, etc, we can often think or 'talk' to ourselves in our minds as a release or discussion as to our predicament or situation.

If we are not careful we can create a monster that only we know about and one that can take control over our thoughts and stability.
