I like the narrator on this book, not a 100% on the MIA, but good :). I would have liked a little longer pauses between chapters. I like the story, but think it could have had a little more focus on the feelings, it seems a little not falling in love, but suddenly they are.

I really enjoyed this! Audio wise, the only thing missing was a female narrator but Nathan Westoff did such a good job it really didn’t bother me. I loved his voice as Dante, he had that deep, growly, obsessive MMC sound and it was perfect. I could feel Dante’s presence through my headphones. Holy spice!!!! The plot was good- former mafia lawyer who leaves his profession to step into his rightful spot as don and take back his family’s legacy. He “captures” his biggest rival’s daughter and of course falls for her. I wish this was twice as long so the plot could’ve been explored more but I still enjoyed the story. The spicy scenes were pure fire!! Highly recommend! I received an advanced copy and am leaving this review voluntarily.

Brilliant narration from Nathan Westhoff, who brings the characters and drama to your ears. Loved the characters of Dante and Mia. One out for revenge and the other running from her family, who want her married off. Dante is lawyer who doesn’t lose his cases, he loves and demands control. Going to BSDM club helps him let off steam. Mia crosses Dante’s path, he wants revenge against her family. Running only helps her Dante and he has her taken to his mansion. Oh the angst between them is strong so is the chemistry. I so wanted to shout at Dante, but found myself falling for him. He hides his heart and protective instincts. That is until Mia, she may be submissive but is strong. The spice between them is hot and their relationship grows and so does their love. It’s amazing what a library can do .
