It was better than the first book.

Read this one on Kindle. It was a good sequel with twist and turns to keep me interested. I thought it had a good ending (for a duology), only to find out a third book is coming out! Be excited to read it!

liked the narrorator. Was not the best time because could not care for the story.

Better than the first book, but still kind of a clunky story. The female narrator doing Gray’s voice is a painfully slow whispering death that makes zero sense and reduces the gravitas of character, and the surprise bad guy isn’t a surprise to anyone. But stuff happens, characters grow, others die, etc. It was an improvement. I gave an extra star just for Leviathan, because there’s potential there.

great read but too sexually erotic in some parts. gray was inflcting sexual pain on someone he vows to love and protect forever that should of been omitted. don't cause sexual pain on someone you love for your own gratification even in fiction

Horrible and disgusting! I really liked the first book. The second was awful!

Never thought I’d say this but the sauce really detracts away from the story which could be pretty interesting. Also why does the narrator sound like Maura Rose
