Based on the childhood of writer/director/actor Jerry Devine, the Brophy family reunites in New York, after two years apart. Dan Brophy has been traveling with his actor's trunk for years, searching for a breakout performance. Kitty is ready for the family to settle down, while John only wants to play with kids his age and get in a few games of baseball. All three flesh out their roles on the great stage of life in this theatrical tale.
