Dare to Oppose is a follow-up novel to Dare to Resist, Dare to Endure, and Dare to Defy and is meant to be listened to after you've listened to those books. You can listen to Dare to Oppose or Dare to Prevail in any order, but it's recommended that you listen to Dare to Resist, Dare to Endure, and Dare to Defy first.
