Unabridged Audiobook
Loved it! Could not stop listening!!
Awesome book! Mobsters and love with just a little loveing thrown in.
Book: I listened to the book and finished it, but there was too much repetitive narrative about how the characters were all "prisoners" of their parents' lifestyles. The author wants you to believe that the protagonists are intelligent and street smart, but then they do stupid things that are contrary to this image. They certainly don't act street-smart. However, I enjoyed it enough to finish it and would probably by a sequel if there was one. Hopefully, the author would, by then, move off the repetitive theme of "I don't control my destiny." The narrator was adequate although she slipped in and out of a "Boston" accent for some of the characters and sometimes she sounded a little "sing-song." She got better as the book went along.
