The Golden series is a welcome twist on the cozy village murder mystery sub genre- the "Miss Marple" is a convicted felon who's trying to rebuild her life. And of course Cornwall is always an appealing setting!

Absolutely love this series. Great characters and narration. Lots of twists and turns listened over a couple of days.

Excellent. Will be buying another of her books

Excellent thank you

Lovely easy read. Good narration. A complex plot that wasn't easy to predict the ending.

Very well written. And good twists and turns.

Enjoyed it very much. The narrator was great

A nice middle of the road cozy crime story. A good plot with a range of interesting characters though the main character, Mal, i personally find a little irritating so not sure if I will continue with the rest of series. Good narration with an interesting range of voices and accents to keep you engaged!

Very slow moving. Characters were not enjoyable. Convoluted details that distracted from, rather than focused on the storyline. Narrator was excellent though, and fun to listen to.

Well written, but very uninteresting and failed to engage. Some faulty sentence construction and a gasping narrator
