Death by Tenant Trouble: A Hilarious Feel-Good Cozy Mystery

This audiobook is narrated by a digital voice.

A new beginning. A new apartment. And a dead landlord inside.

When former Cuban cop Rafael Cárdenas arrives on San Malvino ready to start his second act as a PI, nothing is supposed to go wrong. But the moment he unlocks his tiny rental near the police station, he finds his landlady lying dead on the floor… and his “move-in day” turns into a crime scene.

And when Mendoza shows up to investigate, the reaction from the neighbors is instant—doors slam, curtains drop, and retreating footsteps echo down the hall. No one wants to talk to a cop. Not in this building.

Now it’s up to Alex, Reg, and Bombay to work their way through local gossip, mismatched leases, and a building full of shady tenants to find out who killed the “harmless” old landlady… or whether she was harmless at all.

Welcome to San Malvino. Be very afraid.
