This is a cute Hockey rom com, we have a grumpy player on suspension who's forced to coach a kids hockey team. He meets a fiesty woman, who has guardianship of her little brother who is on the team. They all have some trauma and issues that they are dealing with, and they find their way through that to make a family. This is a closed door romance, so there's no spice, just innuendo. The narration by Dane Anderson and Alex Picard is well done and enjoyable to listen to.

Characters were great, storyline was interesting, narration was just right.

I really enjoyed this book. It’s a low angst and low spice hockey romance and Mitch has a lot of positive self reflection and growth. I enjoyed the narrators interpretations and their voices matched the characters IMO

Loved this whole series, the tough life things to work through, and prefer my own behind the door action to some authors view, and plenty of laugh out loud humor, so these are perfect for me!

Cute book! Well done.
