Another excellent Dean Koontz novel keeps the brain moving right along and I LOVE the human / dogs premise, well done D.K., might we look forward to a book #2???

Probably the best written and narrated book I’ve listened to. I was so swept up in the storyline that I “read” it all in one day. Characters are flawlessly brought to life, plot is spellbinding and narration was the “cherry on top”. Dean Koontz always delivers!

I enjoyed the creative aspects of the author to make this story different. The narrator did a good job expressing the action and feelings of the characters.

The narrator was very good. The plot was a little too easy to guess, but I loved the dog!!

As a whole, A very good listen with lots of twists and turns. I could listen for hours and not even realize it. Only knock, if anything, a little 'wordy' at times that didn't make the storyline any different, just longer. Koontz still makes for a great listen to, as always. Will be waiting for the next book to come out.

I am a dog person, and appreciate a story with a happy ending, and hope for society/humanity. I am also a Dean Koontz fan and have listened to most if not all of his books. This one left me underwhelmed, and his narration style had me tuning out and off several times. I had to force myself to finish the book, and didn't care how the story resolved.
