Unabridged Audiobook
story was fairly good until main male hero is under extreme stress from a horrible event. his reaction is pretty horrific verbal abuse. no matter the stress, no one who is a decent person on the inside responds this way. I've had plenty of trauma and know of no one who attacked someone like that. doesn't deserve forgiveness or promoting women accept this for any reason
This is the first Lilian Monroe book I have heard on audio. The narrators were fairly good. The novel was funny and entertaining. The only issue I had with this novel is it introduces many of the characters for the next books in the series. So the reader gets a complete history of the character prior to moving to that character's novel in the series. I like to have more mystery about the secondary characters that go on to have their own novels. I think without those characters, this novel would not have been as long. I am sure there will be more Fiona and Grant in the succeeding novels.
it was nice, but not more than that. didn't like that sometimes the Teller was not the main characters
I really enjoyed the book
Unnecessarily crass
