Genius. Monarch. Sorcerer. God. Since the birth of the Marvel Universe, Doctor Doom has left scars across it as indelible as the ones he hides beneath his cold iron mask.

Victor von Doom is one of Marvel’s most popular villains, having menaced just about every Marvel hero since 1962. He’s a dark sorcerer who fights the devil every Midsummer's Eve for his mother’s soul, as well as a mad scientist with an inexhaustible supply of robot duplicates and the coolest time machine ever invented.

This entry in MARVEL AGE OF COMICS chronicles why this fascinating fiend has remained a compelling character for seven decades and counting, from his first appearance in Fantastic Four #5 to his conquest of the Marvel Universe in One World Under Doom.

Beautifully illustrated with full-color artwork, this is a must-have for both die-hard fans already familiar with dozens of Doom’s nefarious schemes, as well as the Doom-curious.
