Summary
Don Quixote is an early novel written by Spanish author Miguel de Cervantes Saavedra. Cervantes created a fictional origin for the story in the character of the Morisco historian, Cide Hamete Benengeli, whom he claims to have hired to translate the story from an Arabic manuscript he found in Toledo's bedraggled old Jewish quarter.

Horrible narrators. You can’t accept everyone’s narration. There has to be a standard.

Some of your narrators are awful. Could listen no longer.

Great story. The narrators were hard to follow since they changed so frequently and some of the chapters were easier to listen to than others due to the narrator. The last narrator was particularly awful and it was hard finishing the final hours of the book. The story was good though.

Nothing like I anticipated. Don Quixote is pretty funny as a delusional individual but overall it wasn't as impressive as I expected. The narration is done by various individuals including the best & worst of librivox volunteers. There was one they had to randomly record over, & a few who truly struggled so hard I could barely understand. It's not easy reading, so I respect the effort but overall it heavily negatively affected my experience.
