Unabridged Audiobook
I love Anya and Griffin's story. She is the only Atwood girl and it seems like she gets the short end of the stick, as she's the only sibling not included in the brewery. When Anya gets the great idea of providing parties there, with Griffin's amazing food, it takes Callum a bit too long to okay the scheme. She and Griffin are a force of nature, and they make those parties a success. Although Griffin has promised Callum he will leave Anya alone, he has liked her for too long and he can't resist her. Their chemistry and the steam factor are off the charts. He feels great loyalty to Callum for rescuing him from a terrible home life as a teenager, so he feels awful breaking his promise. But Griffin and Anya are great together, so I feel bad for Griffin's dilemma - he may be forced to choose between his best friend and the woman he loves. I read the book from beginning to end in one sitting, eager to see how the dilemma would be resolved. I truly enjoyed the writing, as well as all the members of the Atwood family and their friends. This is a great series of books so far, and I'm excited to read another one in the series.(5 stars narration) I loved the audiobook, narrated by Reagan West and Isaac Edgeworth. Their pacing was excellent and I enjoyed their voices and expression. I didn't think it was possible, but it made me enjoy the story even more.I received an audiobook copy for free, and I am leaving this review voluntarily.
I read this as an ebook but I absolutely loved listening to it as the narrators brought these wonderful characters to life. Griff and Anya have such a great story! Griff is best friends with Anya's oldest brother Callum, who made Griff promise to never touch his little sister. Eventually their mutual attraction/feelings became too strong to ignore any longer. Their story has it all; humor, steam, a little drama, and love all wrapped up in a small town feel book that you don't want to stop listening to or reading.
Awesome narrative and of course the storyline was good
