Unabridged Audiobook
I would recommend this book to teenagers and young adults to help them recognize personality and dating types and to learn that they can only control their own decisions and emotions. The author is good at explaining why relationships fail, how to learn from them and move on, and why most times these "failures" are the best thing that could have happened, in retrospect. I thought the author would discuss more about his time on the Bachelor series and what he learned from those experiences, but he actually didn't specifically address that aspect at all, which was a disappointment. I would rate this book a 5 for the advise portion, but only rated it a 4 because it didn't explain the part of the author's dating life that we know the best from watching him on television.
