Summary
“Today’s foremost practitioner of the culinary whodunit.”
—Entertainment Weekly

“In the genre of culinary mystery writers, Davidson is a Julia Child among Betty Crockers, and there is no question that Double Shot is her best book.”
—Denver Post

New York Times bestseller Diane Mott Davidson is the darling of cozy mystery readers and dedicated foodies the world over. Davidson is really cooking with Double Shot, another tantalizing puzzle featuring her beloved protagonist, accomplished caterer and sleuth Goldy Schulz. Whipping up a rich soufflé of murder and mischief, Davidson has Goldy in a stew once again, when the reemergence of her psychopathic ex-husband and a murder that follows soon after brings chaos into her world. And, as always, many delicious recipes from Goldy’s kitchen are featured as well.

This audio book was my first and I loved it. A bit silly, but It was funny and the narrator was very good! I believe my husband enjoyed it more than I did.

Never again. I am tired of all the food references and discussion of catering business. Too many sweets. I am an avid watcher of Food Network, but when I read a book I want a story not a menu.

I started out thinking this was so corny and unsure if I would like it. THEN, I didn't want to get out of the car b/c I was hooked !! :)

This is another succcessful addition to Diane Mott Davidson's list of Goldy books . Patricia Kalembar is the reader and she did ok but, there is another women can't rember her name that does a much better job.

I've enjoyed all the Goldy mysteries and this one is great too! The only thing I'd change about this book is the reader. Her voice and the way she read drove me crazy! I still got through it just fine though! I'd recommend it.

I have always enjoyed reading Davidson and getting the receipts that is missed listening to the books. Am looking forward to her new books.

Another good story starring Goldy. A good read, but I'm always hungry from all the food she talks about.
