Love the book and how the author uses the word of God.

Enjoyed the story along with the focus on God’s grace and forgiveness. My only disappointment was the narrator not giving the men in the story enough of a masculine tone. It was sometimes difficult to distinguish which character was speaking.

I loved this story. Beautiful characters with rich back stories and growth.

Book itself is good but the narrator is so emotionless, often no pauses - like computer?!? So did not enjoy that much

The story was good but definitely a “period piece”. The main character was somewhat exhausting (in the first half at least) about finding a man who was “titled”. She was always trying to capture a husband who her mother thought was good enough. That part was annoying.
