Rough hands grab her, dragging her into a waiting van. This is no accident. They want the military codes that she's got locked away in her head, and they won't rest until they get them.

Blade, her late boyfriend's best friend, and the man responsible for his death. With his brooding eyes and that impossible jawline, he's the last person she wants to see, but he's also her only ticket out. She has no choice but to trust him with her life.

As they race to escape, the simmering attraction between them threatens to ignite, but in a war-torn world where trust is scarce, their feelings may be the one thing that could destroy them both.
