I will keep this audiobook for my future reference. I like the instruction I learned from the author, where the narrator says that if we are experiencing any pain, stress, or dizziness, we must stop exercising to avoid getting hurt. The book guides you with tips on how to exercise, how much exercise, and how to balance the proper body stretch. It will improve my health and body. If we don’t exercise, then when we fall, it will be painful, so I agree that yoga will save my life and keep my body strong and healthy. I love the audiobook.

I got this for my grandparents. I liked that it was easy to follow, as I will turn this on for them at home. Soft approach for seniors As yoga enthusiast I am thankful to the author that he has taken the easy and soft approach for yoga and presented in an accessible way to seniors, I was looking for a gift for my friend and was worried that the yoga can actually be difficult for people of certain age. This book has presented the science of yoga in illustrative way and with explanations and tips to make it easy, gentle and possible for seniors. The book also has very useful nutritionist advices as well as breathwork and mindfulness. Even though yoga can be challenging and is good to be practiced as early as possible, it is never too late to start and improve mobility (which is main challenge for seniors) and stay active and healthy.
