We are a huge fan of S.D. Smith and his Green Ember series. At the end of every chapter, my children beg for another one. We talk about these stories over meals and bedtime. These characters have become like family to us. We couldn't wait for this fourth book! These are beautiful stories of good and evil. They are scary at times, but are teaching us all to be brave and to stand up for what we believe. These are the stories of beauty, good, justice, loyalty and friendship that our world needs. I want to fill my children's minds and hearts with stories like these.

This fourth book in this series was absolutely riveting. I have no kids, but I enjoy youth fiction, and this whole series is surprisingly excellent. The action will keep you on edge and the mending will heal your hearts as you hear the ample wrap up to a long and engaging tale that encompasses many beloved characters. The narrator does an excellent job and helps make the story.

Love the book so sooo so much me and my family love it so. It is such a beautiful story and I love the ending it is just such a perfect ending
