Unabridged Audiobook
Life doesn’t come with a Handbook, so Epictetus pioneered one. The Enchiridion translates to the Handbook, which is what it is; a handbook for how to live your life to the fullest. The philosophy of stoicism teaches us to care about what’s in our control and to let go of what isn’t. I can say that for me, studying this philosophy has improved my mental, physical, and emotional wellbeing more than anything else. The Enchiridion is a great place to start learning this philosophy because it is short and to the point. It’s essentially a Spark Notes version of Epictetus’s much longer Discourses.
