I thought it was a bit too scattered. I didn’t really like some of the examples he gave about most of his experiences. I don’t really like when they base it off there perspective. I think it should have talked longer on the strengths of coping for a person. I believe the author was too outspoken if a person is dealing with these struggles you have to walk your way around what you are trying to help them with because putting life experiences on the line can really weight a persons heart / mind down. Some of it was not as healthy as I was hoping it would be. I very much think some of it could be useful maybe someday.
