Unabridged Audiobook
Women getting in trouble for being stupid always drives me crazy. Lilly after working for so many years at the art gallery would never say anything out loud in public, especially with major donors around. This is the fallacy on which the plot rests. The heroine spends the rest of the time trying to prove that art piece is in fact a fake. And in the end, she’s stupid enough to run into a house that she just ran out of because someone else was shot instead of her. This type of story does nothing except make women look stupid. I didn’t listen to the whole book, but jumped to the last two chapters to see the end of the plot. Again, you might as well tie this woman to the railroad tracks and let her be rescued.
Creative plot
Diana’s voice really bothered me. This book was hard to listen to and keep track of the timeline.
very good!
i enjoyed the book over all. i thought the inner musings of the characters were protracted especially for the heroine. the book also moved too slowly. the plot and the outcome was very predictable early on. not a page turner.....
I really liked this story and the narrorator was excellent.

Wonderful, captivating.
Enjoyed the plot development. I like smart imperfect characters.
