amazing, spell binding unable to put it down

I enjoyed this story and the constant twists and turns. To me it was very believable. The narration was fabulous!

I picked this book because I really enjoyed The Rembrandt Affair, but this one just didn't work for me. It just seemed to have no sense of direction or plausibility to today's world - even for a spy-thriller type of book. Ireland today is more known for it's friendly corporate tax code than remnants of the IRA. So it just seemed like a strange story-line from start to finish.

The book kept my attention and was interesting. I enjoyed it ... spy thrillers aren't my favorite books but I enjoyed this one. I had read several other books by Daniel Silva in print and liked them so I felt I would like this one as well. He is an excellent writer and the narration was excellent.

I truly enjoy the Gabriel Allon series. George Guidall does a fantastic job narrating this series. This book was riveting through and through.

Beautifully written!! Magnificent novel. The twists and turns will keep you on the edge.
