Where did the deafness come from? Morgan is not deaf in moth to a flame ?

Overall the book was a great listen. I'm just very detailed oriented and almost couldn't get past the fact that Morgan was not deaf in MTAF but was deaf in ETHIC. That threw me for a loop everytime they went into details about how she was deaf and couldn't speak. I also didn't like how they misconstrued the ages of Bella and Morgan. They should be 3 years apart, according to the ages they were in MTAF. GOOD READ THO

Took a minute to get into the narrator... but omgoshhhhh the book itself <3. Great storyline, I couldn't put my phone down. Ashley is definitely one of my top authors.

Can’t get enough of that Ethic. Can’t wait to finish the rest of his books. On part 2 now and I’m loving it.

The book had too much going on and the narrators voice seemed sped up or something. I typically like Iikane, but something was off. I didn’t like the age gap, and how the author just skipped around the characters in the book. There were several glaring plot holes. I’m not going to even try and listen to the other books in the series. It took a lot for me to even get through the book.
