My therapist recommended this book and it’s been incredibly helpful. I didn’t realize how many areas of my life are being affected by anxiety, and the book unpacks several different methods and questions to build healthier patterns—both personally and professionally. In one week I’ve already seen a big difference in my family and work relationships. And Kathleen’s voice is nice to listen to (plus she’s funny)!
