worth a listen

Ray Porter does a fantastic job narrating this series. I am really enjoying these books. The storyline hooks fast and ends in satisfaction every time so far. On to the next one....

Wow ! Wow ! Wow ! Just when I thought the author ( Maberry ) couldn’t top the excitement of his first four Joe Ledger novel’s I was wrong. I couldn’t put this book down. He really did a lot of research for this book. It is truly way out there but he makes it so very believable. And the characters come alive with the expert narrator Ray Porter. I have never heard a narrator as awesome as he is. I’m amazed how fast he can change voices and make you feel you are right there in the action. I think he is the best narrator I have ever listen to.? And I still love Ghost the best.

Great story. I’m really enjoying the Joe Ledger series. I’ve gone through all the Mitch Rapp, John Wells and Dewey Andreas books. While waiting for the latest from them, I found this series and have listened to the first five books and currently on the 6th. Joe Ledger is a great character and the narrator is perfect. In this book, there’s the usual bad-ass stuff with some cool conspiracy theories and the typical nail biting suspense. Look forward to listening to the rest.

Amazing story line and terrific narrator!

I am to the point that these Joe Ledger books are the only books I want to have read to me, they are intense, Ray's voices make you quickly put a visual on the characters. They seem so real that it makes me wonder.....5 stars

Jonathan Maberry keeps my attention which is not easy. Love his character, Joe Ledger. Ray Porter is not just the narrator. He's the actor! I can feel all the characters emotions. Brilliant!!

I really enjoyed listening to this book. Lots of action as usual!
