So very VERY skeptical...at first I came to this as a skeptic. I've listened other audio-book on fasts and cleanses and detoxes, but this was VERY good. First, it's easy and accessible, even to those who don't want to need yet other specialized kitchen appliance. (Boathouse Farms, as suggested by the author, worked great for me - and as they're a bit thick and heavy, I was able to water them down)
