Feel Great, Lose Weight by Dr. Rangan Chatterjee is an excellent book. It is going to be a huge game changer in my life. Filled with simple, obtainable common sense advice, I wonder why I haven’t been doing this since I started struggling with my weight twenty years ago. I was fortunate enough to receive an audiobook ARC and I loved listening to it. Narrated by the author himself, his voice is so encouraging that I finally feel like I can get a handle on my weight. I loved his advice of ditching the scales and just focusing on whole foods, walking as much as possible and building up strength. I have already found his podcast and will continue to follow his advice. Thank you so much to Netgalley and RB Media for the ARC. All opinions expressed are my own.
