Summary
I'm secretly in love with my best friend's little sister.

So, I do what any good friend would-avoid her. At least, until my house floods, and my best friend suggests I move in with Wren.

Resisting her has never been easy. But when Wren convinces me to be her dating coach, it's impossible.

The more we 'practice,' the harder I fall for her and her amazing son.

The more I start to believe what we have is real.

It feels like love, but is it worth risking my friendship with Wren and her brother to know if she feels the same?

A melt your heart, sweep you off your feet, tenderhearted brother’s best friend romance with a small town twist. Add in single mum, forced proximity and dating coach and you have one wild combination. Jenna Hartley’s writing is strong, and I found myself totally invested in the story that she wove from the first to the last chapter. I loved how the relationship between Bennett and Wren developed (especially since there was a touch of a forbidden element). Watching them fall together, learning to trust one another and give into their feelings was such a fun, sexy, satisfying, feel-good journey. Hartley's stories entice and draw you in. I loved how deep and realistic the characters were. Jenna Hartley had me at hello. Bennett is HOT, HOT, HOT, protective and totally swoon-worthy. My kind of hero. I fell super hard for him. He's the book boyfriend you never saw coming, but find hard to resist. Charming, sexy, considerate, hardworking … I could go on and on. I really liked Wren, however, she annoyed me at times with how she acted. That being said she was an amazing mum; River was so sweet. And don’t even get me started on how cute Bennett and River are together! How can you not love them? Wyeth Watts (Bennett) and Kelli Tager (Wren) narrates Feels Like Love in dual narration. I liked their voices and thought they sounded like their characters. However, I did feel like there wasn’t as much emotion, when I read this book two years ago I remember crying but I didn’t have anywhere near as much emotion listening to this book. A good book makes you want to live in the story. A great book gives you no choice - and Feels Like Love is a GREAT book. I love how Jenna Hartley takes tried and true romantic tropes and makes them simple, straightforward, and swoony: she makes love feel easy and magical, she lets it be charming and natural. You know you’ll smile, swoon a bit, get some heat, and I always know that I will get a charming HEA that makes my reader heart happy. This book does have sensitive content.
