I bawled my eyes out at this one. It definitely needs a content not for transphobic bullying, so: be prepared for some nasty shit. Apart from that I loved the story and the message - I wish I would've had books like this when I was younger... I would've saved some money on therapy. The appreciation of queer community and the educational parts make it a book, that one can easily pass to educate willing grown ups (another thing I wish for my younger self).
The relationships in the books are all kind of teenage mess and search for what's good for oneself. There's solidarity and allyship and a lot of love.
cute coming of age book
I loved every second of it!
